I am a retired computer technician, and supervisor. I started to work on PC'S from the IBM 8088. up to the pentium class. I have knowledge of all Microsoft operating systems. DOS, Windows up to win 95. Experienced in net browsers, and work with MIRC. I also started working on Web Pages. Using html 3.2. I'm always trying to upgrade my computer knowledge. Education: College Graduate. I use Microsoft Office Pro and am fully trained in MSWord, MSExcel, MSPowerpoint, and am currently taking courses for MSAccess. Operating system - Win '95 - Browser Communicator 4.04. HTML editor - HTML Notepad and Arachnophilia, can use Microsoft Front Page '97 and Netscape Composer as well. Familiar with LVIEW Pro and GIF Construction set, PSP4.14, Corel 5.(Full package) and some (getting better) knowledge of Adobe Photo Shop 4.0. E-mail - Communicator - and have used Eudora. General Education Diploma & some technical college credits. Comment: Since getting a computer from my company's computer purchase program 3 years ago I have ceaselessly pursued my interest and love of computers and the challege they give me. I remember all too well my early frustrations with computers and my anger at having little or no support from software/hardware vendors. I have always thrived to be patient and help people with computers. I strongly believe a computer is something that everyone should have access and contact with, regardless of age, sex, race or class. |
